As we bid farewell to our beloved Joseph Powell, we welcome in Kinsey Healy

As we look ahead to an exciting new season, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to Joseph Powell for his dedicated service as Artistic Director of Memphis Choral Arts over the past two years.

Joseph has helped grow both our vision and our musicianship, challenging us to reach new artistic heights while introducing us to a wealth of inspiring choral literature. Through his leadership, our singers have enjoyed meaningful opportunities to develop their skills and present performances that have enriched both our organization and our community. We are deeply grateful for his passion, commitment, and friendship. He will be greatly missed, and we wish him every success in the future.

As one chapter closes, another begins. We are thrilled to welcome Kinsey Healey as our new Co-Artistic Director, serving alongside Adrian Maclin. Together, they will build upon the strong foundation that has been established, bringing fresh ideas, outstanding musical leadership, and a shared commitment to excellence as they lead Memphis Choral Arts into an exciting new season.
